“Clean, spacious, remodeled, nice furniture, and high end appliances. 2 floors, 4 bathrooms, full laundry room Stayed 2 nights with family of 5. Stairs are steep from the main floor entrance to 2nd floor which is the main floor of the two floors included in rental. Nice and bright in day throughout unit. Balcony is nice and overlooks Main Street. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and university.”

“From communication to cleanliness to convenience the House on Grand has it all. Familiar with the area, they still offered suggestions we didn’t think of. The kitchen and bathrooms make you feel like you are at home with no detail overlooked. Each room offers a little slice of Western Pennsylvania to include the peaceful front porch. Visiting the area yearly, we have found our home away from home.”

“We stayed there two nights and one full day. The space was more than merely comfortable. We found a BBQ place nearby and brought part of our feast back with us. We hope to return for a longer stay in the near future.”
