Cleveland Vacations from $545

This hotel was a surprisingly luxurious option at a reasonable price. The front desk staff was helpful and things would have gone smoothly but for the lack of any luggage carts. I was told the carts were probably in use so I waited in the lobby for one to reappear. In the meantime the front desk got busy and my wait started to feel infinite. After the rush I reminded the gentleman at the desk I was waiting for a luggage cart and some staff were sent to try to find one, unsuccessfully. Finally a staff member helped us physically carry our bags to the elevator and our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Climate issues mentioned in other reviews were avoided in our room by an efficient portable air conditioner. The room had a nice fridge and microwave, very fast wifi, and a reasonably nice bathroom. Throughout the hotel there was renovation underway; it looks like maybe Wyndham acquired the property and was bringing it up to standards--this probably accounts for the rate being so affordable. We slept well and found a luggage cart in the lobby in the morning. They might want to get a couple more. There also was a pretty good hot breakfast. We'd stay here again.
