Cleveland Vacations from $434

Had reservations for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I hit the buzzer several times, with no response. I called the number had for it, received message said to leave a message and will back to me soon. I called 20 minutes later and he hung the phone up with no response

The room was very nice and the wait staff at breakfast was exceptional!

Very nice- love the foxes! Adorable! Staff very nice, comfortable rooms, fantastic bar, great outdoors. Would stay again !

I arrived at 230pm and told check in was at 3pm and the room wasn't ready. OK I thought, I always arrive early and the room is always ready, I booked a suite. but I understand. At 3pm, I go back and told the room is still not ready and at 4pm now being told the room was finally ready. The girl behind the desk was sorry and of course, it's not her fault.... I expected the manager to knock on the door or call to come down and grab a bottle of soda or water and bag of chips for free, just something to make it up, but nothing. In the bathroom the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty, the refrigerator had a smell to it. In the morning I wake up to the nightstand next to the bed had ants on it. As I was checking out I wanted to tell the front desk, but no one was there, rang the bell still nothing.... just left.......last thing, the Hot Tub was great.

Rooms were great for the price and front desk staff was very friendly. The reason for a low rating is the pool was out of order and the bar closed really early. The bartender was not friendly and at 9:30pm for last call she told me and my husband we could only order 1 more drink but continued to serve others up until 10pm. Additionally, the included breakfast limits you to 1 omelette only which I have never heard of. I wouldn’t go back.
