“It’s a really nice and new hotel! Close to downtown Louisville. Only thing is the shower is built to where it will hit you in the face the whole time if you’re on the shorter side. Breakfast is ok. Nice staff at the front desk but my room didn’t get cleaned one of the days. Overall would recommend and stay again!”

“Overall impressed with everything except the lady in charge of the breakfast area. She must have never understood that the over encompassing theme of any inn should be hospitality. I have never encountered a person less hospitable as part of the staff of any place I have stayed and I’ve stayed anywhere from 0 star to 5 star facilities ”

“The room is pretty clean and nice. But the bed is horrible. It’s super squeaky and small. I was too scared to move all night. ”

“Loved the breakfast and free shuttle to airport. Took less than 10min! The complimentary parking is very nice feature too. Staff was supper friendly and helpful. I would stay again. ”

“My only complaint was the floors needs degreaser! My gf about slipped and injured herself! You can feel it on your shoes as soon as you walk in! My son got a room and his floors were better”

“The only thing that was surprising was that in a 7 night stay we never had any room service. After the fourth night I asked for more towels, which were supplied with no issues, as we had two adults and only one full size towel and two medium size towels. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant and would highly recommend them. ”

“The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was really good. The customer service was good. The only downside was that the elevator was EXTREMELY slow and this hotel has six floors so it took forever!”
