“The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The property was near a good burger place and there wasn't much through traffic at the property. The AC worked but didn't seem like it cooled the room off fast. It wasn't hot but it didn't get cold. Indiana Caverns was a short distance away and it's worth going to if you like caves. We would stay here again if we were in the area.”

“Elevator was not working. Had no place to park our truck/utility Trailer. The girl working the desk was of no help.”

“Don’t do it it! Holes in the towels, dirty floors, towel rack fell off when trying to hang towel. So many smoking outside the front automatic doors that the entire lobby, including the breakfast area smelled like smoke, but there really was nothing to eat in the breakfast area because they didn’t have any food at 8 o’clock in the morning.”

“This place is absolutely ridiculous! The worst hotel I've ever stayed at! When I 1st checked in the room, it smelled like mildew and the ceiling in the room and restroom is falling down. The sink in the bathroom and the toilet were loose. To to it off, the bed was hard and I could feel the springs. 😞 I went to the front desk asking to change the room, they said that water pipes busted and they didn't fix the ceiling or clean the carpet. They told me the hotel was full, although the parking lot……

“Everything seemed new and clean. The beds were very comfortable with properly working AC, TV, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There were 2 good dine in restaurants located across the street. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.”

“When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on……

“Had a nice stay here. Hotel was clean, and our king bed was very comfortable. We were greeted by Vraj, the hotel manager, and he was polite, considerate, and ensured we were well taken care of for our stay. Room had a big tv with lots of cable channels, fridge, microwave, and even a small cooktop. It is a smaller, quaint hotel setting with parking right out front, with minimal footsteps to our room. Great place to stay for no frills, just a great nights rest with all the amenities you need.……

“I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.”
