“Exactly as advertised. Simple, no-frills, pet friendly beach house in a very nice neighborhood. When we arrived the water had been turned off (for the winter?). We messaged the host and she had the water co there in 30 mins! Great host, very responsive. Big TV. Stack W/D is great to have. Everything works. We spent 5 nights and would stay there again for sure.”

“We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.”

“If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Charming and very clean. We liked the old obx atmosphere - with a nice update. Great location with ocean views. The pool was refreshing with ample chairs. There’s a crow’s nest with pergola. Screened in porch on cottage 11 was spacious enough to have dinner outside and still have room to hang towels. The property was well kept. There is private path to the beach is directly across the road. Amanda was friendly and easy to communicate with. We talked……
