“My wife and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Kate's cabin. It brought back memories for me as a kid staying at me grandfather's cabin in northern WI. Peace. Quiet. Tranquility. Wildlife. It might be my favorite place Ive stayed using vrbo for the past 12-15 years.Kate was a wonderful host.”

“My two young sons and I had a very nice visit to The Boathouse. The lake is well used but not busy and the water is calm. We spent our time on the kayaks, fishing from the dock, and on land with a fire to warm up the cool summer evenings. The Boathouse is well-kept, comfortable, and charming and the hosts are delightful and generous. The drive into the twin cities is very easy. I would definitely recommend. ”

“Such a beautiful setting, right on the River, clean and well appointed! Bed was fabulous. Red Wing is so close and has lots of fun!”

The hot tub was spacious for 4 people, and a GORGEOUS view - we felt like we were in the smoky mountains.
