“We had a great stay. We stayed in the Buffalo tower and the room was updated and beautiful.”

“Our sink didn't drain The shower didn't drain but the stopper didn't work, the cold water kept coming out of shower, so it didn't work to shower or take a bath”

“The “continental” breakfast amounted to 3 choices of pre-packaged donuts or pastry, a dispenser with orange juice or coffee. The coffee was good. There is NO daily maid service, in fact NO maid service AT ALL unless you request it. You get what you pay for, I suppose.”

“With adult children it can be difficult to get everyone together - but a long weekend that included an indoor pool was just the thing! It was below zero and snowing one of the days and everyone was either comfortably in the pool or the hot tub. The pool area had a lot of space for just lounging or enjoying meals together as well. We spent most of our time there. There are five bathrooms, including a shower room in the pool area; two of the bedrooms had their own private bathrooms which the old……
