“We stayed here with a group of teenagers for our daughter’s birthday celebration. The property was beautiful, the farm animals were fun to watch. We enjoyed the privacy so the kids could talk on the porches, and we loved the fact that the loft was full of beds, so nobody had to feel left out. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of tools and some spices. Plenty to do nearby, quick access to grocery stores and great hiking/swimming. We would stay again! ”

“This was our second visit to the river house. It's very comfortable for two couples. We spent most of our time relaxing on the back deck, and the guys did some fly fishing on the river bank. We took day trips into Dahlonega (great lunch at Shenanigans) and Helen, and had a delicious, quiet lunch with no tourists that day at the nearby Unicoi State Park Lodge.”
