One of our balcony chairs had a large hole in it, the room we were placed in was next to a busy, noisy street and they told us "had you booked through us we could have upgraded us", (sorry Hotels.com) not something we all don't know ...

Yes. we had a great stay as always. We have stayed here twice. Love the creek behind behind the house.Our doggie named Ziggy loved his time in the creek. Feed the fish corn from the can they loved it. The host as always kind and friendly.

Beautiful area with mountains and Lake Chatuge. Don’t miss Brasstown Valley Resort restaurant. Nice hiking trails in the area. Quaint Helen is only about 30 min away. We love this area with the small town feel.

I go to church in Hiawassee. Grace Worship Centre. Had friends in for the weekend and the Holiday in is right up the road from our church. It was a great weekend!!!

I was raised in Hayesville Nc and would travel to Hiawassee quite often. Area has grown since my childhood. Just love the lake. Was raised in Elf community. Spent a lot of time on lake fishing.
