“My stay here could not have been more perfect. It was close proximity for things I was here to do and there was a couple of good restaurants right across the street. The only negative things I could think of which were not a big deal would be possibly get wider curtains for the sliding glass door because even with the curtains closed they still had a crack and maybe a book with how to use the remotes for the heat/air unit, TV (for people who might be slightly challenged when it comes to……

“Immaculate property close to everything (restaurants, shops, and entertainment) Everything was as listed (and more) we will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. The host was responsive and kind. A real gem in downtime Waynesville! ”

“Our stay was cozy and quiet and it felt like it was the "best of both worlds" in that we had a quiet room to ourselves like a hotel and yet access to community area and kitchen like a house. The little creek right outside out door was nice to sit and listen and the room was good and cool when we got in there. My only issue was there are lights outside the room that were very bright in the room at night and some shades in addition to the curtains would be helpful.”

“The place was new and had a stunning view of the mountains. There were three of us adults and it was great having two bathrooms. However, there were only two chairs in the kitchen area and only two chairs on the deck. The parking was definitely less than ideal. With no guard rail of any kind, it was tricky to park without getting too close to the edge of the steep driveway. Plus, there was very little room to park anyway. ”

“Everything was great except the stairs. They were not listed in the rental description. We are elderly and I am getting over an ankle/leg injury. The stairs were unexpected and quite disappointing. I would not have rented had I known that there were 17 STEEP stairs that I had to go up and down.”

“A cute small hotel located right off the main road. It’s convenient to everything in Maggie Valley. It’s just what we needed for our two night stay. Very clean. Mostly quiet. The river behind is loud but once the door/window is closed you can barely hear it. I would definitely recommend staying here and might even book a stay there again myself on a future trip.”

“Fantastic location at Lake Junaluska which offers SO MUCH to do. Unit is perfect for a couple looking to relax and enjoy such a beautiful location. ”

It's not right on the lake or anything but just a quick walk/drive is all it takes to get you to the lake and its amenities. Would book again! ”
