I made a seafood boil for our group, had everything we needed.Check in was easy! I just followed the instructions on the evolve website and put in the front door code. Great vacation. “Good clean property. Well appointed and modern condo. Some normal ware for a beach condo but nothing substantial. Quiet. Beach within a short drive to ample public parking. Plenty of things to do in OBX, and places to eat and shop. Take a guided beach safari to see the wile horses, and areas of Corolla and Carova. It's amazing. Had a great time! ”

“Overall we enjoyed the venue and location! There isn't much soundproof between floors, so you can hear the people above you walking around, coughing, etc. - that's the only reason we might not consider this rental again.”

“We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back! You are seconds away from the beach walking, and a short drive to the villages for shops and restaurants. There’s also a small shopping center in walking distance for quick things. We had an issue with the ac but the host quickly responded and helped remedy the issue. Check in and out was super easy and the host is readily available to assist with anything.”

“Upon arrival we were immediately hit with a bunch of flies and a ridiculous amount of fruit flies inside the unit. We spent a ton of time trying to kill/ get rid of them, but the more we got rid of the more appeared. Flying in our faces, in our food, just everywhere. It was extremely annoying to say the least. The bedding smelled like sweat and the couches were dirty. I highly suggest a good steam clean a d couch covers. The closets also smelled of body odor and sweat. The freezer reeked of...
