"Check in staff (evening shift) had to finish their own conversation before helping me, they were complaining about other customers directly and loudly within countertop distance of me. Night shift was rude when I asked nicely if they had anymore cold water because fridge hadn’t been restocked. Day shift check out individual was extremely cheerful and helpful and kind "

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant had a good selection and was available for a large portion of the day - very convenient ! The parking was a bit tight and has a HUGE bump as you enter the Hotel proper. I did feel like my vehicle was relatively safe once I was parked. All in all - Great option for around Ft. Campbell. "

"Check in was very smooth We arrived very late at night with 4 sleepy kids. We reserved a suite and the lady at the front desk went up to the room to open up the sleeper sofa and make sure it had bedding on it. Everything was great. Thank you to the staff."
