“Accidentally left an item in the room upon departure. Called back the same day, then numerous times the next two days. Told someone would check with housekeeping and call back. Never received a call back. The last front desk individual I spoke with was belligerent and offered no help claiming they were too busy. This is certainly less than expected at a Wyndham property.”

“Great location and value. I appreciated the newness of the hotel and nice decor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not appreciate having to pay extra for parking at a location nowhere near downtown. It was stated that it was for the security hired to monitor the parking lot. Has the general safety of Nashville so degraded that this was necessary? We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again, the parking issue was just a surprise to me.”
