“We decided to get out of the cold snow of the north, and head south. This condo is in an excellent location, right on the water. It's close to all the restaurants, shopping and attractions. The condo was well maintained and equipped. There were only two of us, but this condo could accommodate 6 with ease. The winding staircase to the second floor loft was unique and having two balconies overlooking the water was a definite bonus. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“My husband and I were coming down to relax. The area is very suburban like, any in every restaurant store gas station car wash grocery store you need is very close by; that is a plus. The problem is though the condo is quiet. There is a freeway that you’re looking out at off the balcony and a very busy road to the right of the balcony.. you can hear all the traffic. “We enjoyed our stay and the location was great and central to my kids in Mooresville, Ashville, and Chapel Hill. Their mom also lives in Mooresville so it was a fantastic location. I lived down the hall when they were younger so it brought back lake memories. Always loved the winter morning sun streaming in and getting sunrise and sunset at the properties location”
