"This is a comfortable home. Nice to have a washing machine to stay on top of dirty hiking clothes on multi-day trips. The front porch rocking chairs are great after a day of hiking. It's probably just an "Arkansas thing," but while enjoying the going and comings of the neighborhood we had a nice visit with the owner's dad, who stopped by to put the trash cans up on garbage pickup day. "The property was exactly as described in the listing - very lovely, rustic and serene I wish I had taken a bit of time to get a better map of the location. GPS routed us two different ways between the house and Mount Magazine Lodge and shut down before reaching out destination making our return from dinner less than ideal. That was entirely on us however. Our host had been very upfront about the limitations of cell signals in that location."
