“This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.”

“We booked forest springs resort for a long weekend and honestly didn’t want to leave. The property is tucked right into the pines, you feel like you’re away from everything but can still get to downtown for dinner in mins. We spent most afternoon out on the deck with drinks, hitting the sauna in the evening and hanging out by the fireplace at night. If you’re looking for somewhere to actual relax and unplug this is it!”

“When looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville, everything was too expensive for my short trip so I chose The Star on Spring in Springdale which is literally down the street. It was so convenient! The hotel is on a side street in a cute town square area. Plenty of food options and shopping in walking distance. The hotel check in is easy with a code to the front & back door as well as the room. The hotel was very clean and stylish and looks fairly new. No windows inside the room made sleeping……

“This place is neat, clean, and convenient to Rogers, but the amenities are sorely lacking and we were going to be charged for extra towels?! No one was at the front desk most of the time. Customer service not great, but hotel served its purpose for Arkansas Graduation. ”

“We requested a ground floor room with the spa tub. We were told there were "5 or 6" stairs. We both have physical issues. There were probably 10 stairs to get to the room. It was not easy. The key card took several times to work; the door handle was loose.”
