"This place was great! We had our 6 YO, 2 YO, and dog and it was very comfortable. We were lucky enough to stay when the lake was at 98% which made getting to and from the lake with our boat and jet skis via the creek pretty painless minus dodging some stumps. The porch was great and with plenty of light. The property itself was nice and maintained well so that we weren’t trekking through tall grass to get to the water’s edge. The house was clean and comfortable and very well stocked with anything our family needed. Best thing was the privacy. Living on 57 acres, I’m big on that. I was worried about the rv slots right beside feeling uncomfortable but the privacy fence was well placed and gave me exactly what I needed. I guess the only con is that it’s more of a fishing spot than a swimming spot. Lots of river life like snake, turtles and bugs. We tried to keep the kids out of the water there as much as possible. Overall 5 stars though. We will definitely look to come back in the future as long as the lake level holds! "

"Amazing place for a small family of 3, our family loves to travel and experience new adventures. This place was a one bedroom with a queen size bed, it has a spacious kitchen with all utensils refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, etc. Just a minnor hiccup the shower, but we are thankful for everything that the almighty lord provides.We had fun and enjoyed the scenery and peaceful spot.... 6/27/2025... thank you very much, we definitely will be back. "This place was great. It was perfect for our venue. House is clean and everything functional. We came to play on the lake and visit family. Lake is full and spill way running over. We spent most our time on the water or the boat dock. Dock is large has two boat lifts and a second floor balcony. The boat lift is size limited. My 19' I/O was a little wide. So conveniently the RV park has a boat ramp about 300 feet away from the house dock. They charged 5 per launch or recovery for ramp use. So 10 a day was no big deal. It's like you have your own private boat ramp. Also the property has a nice big shed you can back the boat into for overnight. Don't hesitate a rent if it fits your venue. Totally worth it! "
