“Room appeared clean, but found a large cockroach in my bathroom...eeewww. Staff was friendly. Fridge and microwave are small, probably not the best accommodations for longer stays. Overall, not bad, staff were really friendly.”

“The room was in unacceptable condition. There was visible black mold surrounding the bathtub, the sheets appeared unclean with stains and crumbs (we did not feel comfortable sleeping in them and slept fully clothed on top), and the entire room had a strong musty odor. Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. The room was either freezing or unbearable, and the unit sounded……

“Staff were amazing, stay was good at first until the next couple of nights when more people with kids checked in. Walking, running, stomping above our room was horrible. Front desk was notified and the group was asked by staff to be more respectful, unfortunately it didn’t work it just made it worse. Front desk offered to move us but it would be to a smaller room. We ended up declining the offer as we’ve already settled and hubby refused to move all of our stuff again. Location was okay,……

“Breakfast is only cereal and waffles. Room was clean. Ac worked fine. ”

“Very clean and safe area to stay. My only complaint is the bottle of hair conditioner was empty. House keeping needs to make sure this is kept up. Other than that, we loved everything about this place ”
