Just a short walk (60 seconds) to the beach and we were crabbing and enjoying the most beautiful sunrises I’ve ever seen! Owner was very responsive and offered information about the area. “Location walking distance to everything, house well maintained, fenced back yard. The only thing that should be upgraded is upstairs air conditioning. We could not get inside temperature below 79 F on hot days. Maybe upsize capacity. Downstairs cooling was good. ”
