As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. “这家位于伦敦中心边缘的四季，其实就在酒店旁的west ferry 搭船，二十分钟就到 london eye，十分钟到 Greenwich. 走十分种的路就可以搭jubilee line 直达伦敦中心各著名的景点。对于喜欢住五星级饭店有不愿花超过三百磅的旅客，是很好的选择。重点是四季的服务完美无瑕，不论那一个环节，都令人满意。面对泰晤士河美景的房间及跑步道，还有什么比这个更享受的呢？”

“非常的失望！！！房间内空间太小，酒店还摆放许多东西占掉客人放衣服化妆品和箱子的地方。晚上可听见隔壁说话声、早上被对门送饭声吵醒。晚上出入酒店无人看管，让我们很不放心感觉不安全。对附近餐馆都不熟悉，每次询问总是要很久才找出一家。完全不像是一家被评价如此高的“小豪华酒店”。不会再去住了，同时对网上的评价，也起到了一定的怀疑！”
