“The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.”

“All staff were first class nothing was to much trouble,food was good,breakfast was the best,room was clean, very hot but could not keep windows open due to a extractor very close and running until food not being cooked and kitchens cleaned then the music well not our taste but loud so no early to bed, then of course breakfast start up so extractor starts again so early rise even if you don't want it,then the toilet seat broke, was fixed while out, other little things no where to hang wet……
