“Great place for me and two coworkers to stay while working in Phoenix. Very accommodating for our schedule. The place was clean and secure. My door lock code did not work however, it was not a big deal and the physical key was available. I didn’t feel the need to get the issue resolved but I am confident it would have been quickly.”

“We have stayed here two times visiting our son in Phoenix. This place is perfect for what we need when we make this trip. Location is very convenient and it is a very nice area. Every morning was a 2 min drive to our favorite coffee shop. Lots of good restaurants nearby. About 25 mins from Sky Harbor Airport, which was very convenient. This is behind the owner's home, but you honestly do not know they are there and have access to the private pool and hot tub. There is a nice, covered sitting……

“First of all, location was absolutely great. Safe neighborhood in Melrose District, great walking/biking along the canal, easy distance to lots of great restaurants. Casita itself was as advertised, nice space for two people and a dog. It needs a bit of a deep cleaning. Hosts were nice people and accommodating. Only surprise is that this is a SHARED space. Casita itself is private, but it’s located in the hosts’ backyard (have to go through the car port to get to the casita). Shared outdoor……

“Property was amazing. Quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting outside watching the military jets fly over. Pool was heated and comfortable. Owner was just a text away if there was anything needed.”

“This was a beautiful area to stay. My room was spacious. Had floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, quiet. Soundproofing was done very well. There was a little bit of construction going on. They did include ear plugs in one of the side tables. Not that I used them. I had my own and I only really needed them. One day out of the 10 I stayed. I would have to say that the only negative thing I would have to say about this property is the lighting. I am visually impaired so I need lots of light to……

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”
