Room was not spotless, but it was clean. The staff were very nice. And it was quiet. Only issue I had was trying to get my room serviced, I had to go to office and ask for it 3 separate times before they finally sent someone. Overall it was nice. I'd stay again.

The staff was okay, the room smelled like smoke even though it was smoke free and it was musky. The shared microwave was disgusting and i got a infection from being in the hot tub for less than 15 minutes, the price is good enough to look over all these mishaps but most likely we won’t stay here again

We stayed here to go to State Farm Stadium. It was convenient and close by. This hotel is right off the 10 freeway and there's a lot of places to eat around. Staff were really nice and friendly. Cleaning ladies provided excellent service.

The service at the front desk was great the actual room was old and dingy kinda run down but the air conditioning worked and the location was great so many things within walking distance the pool was not in service and they did not have an iron or a blow dryer the lamp kept flickering but it was our first time in Phoenix and we didn't spend to much time in the room.

The last room we had killed 7 cockroaches and was on the bed, complained about it and changed rooms but think we should have been compensated for the room but was not but still stay here. Good except the room was a smoking room

Did not realize it was a smoking room smmell of snoking all through the room was disturbing. Smoke stains on the ceilings, just seeped into everything, includingbbedding. The room was a great size, bed and pillows were omfortable. However I am sensitive to cigarettes and smoke, so my eyes were burning and irritated. Again, i did not see on Hotels for those rooms to be smokless as a choinlce. Maybe its time to fully go smokeless. Pleanty of motels and hotels do so.. i would stay again in a non smoking room.
