“What a beautiful property, so lovely, perfect location and had everything we needed. So many positives; comfortable beds, really roomy space so lots of ability to move around and store items, parking directly outside for free, our own entrance and amazing kitchen facilities. Was great to be able to wash clothes too. Location wise it is an 8-10 min walk to the metro station then a quick and easy ride into Boston. “Came to Boston area for Fan Expo Boston at convention at the Boston Convention center. Commute time was quick from downtown Boston, 10-15 minute drive. Check in at the Dean was straight forward. Apartment is a snd floor walk up, was clean and a good size. 3rd bedroom is only accessible from 2nd bedroom.Street parking is available but street in front of property is very narrow, so instead parked on cross street at end of block which was much wider. Overall had a good time”

“Very spacious well renovated rental in good location next to the red line or a short Uber ride to anywhere around Boston. We were two families of three generations in Boston for the wedding of our children. The double fully equipped units with two floors each were very comfortable for our families with the larger family area above serving as a great gathering hub for us coming from out of town and our kids and their friends in Boston. “We had a quick one-night stay and still managed to leave a suitcase behind and didn't realize it until we were two hours away. (Doh!) After the panic subsided, we contacted Muny and she thankfully replied right away to help us arrange a way to pick up our baggage. She did all this while on vacationing abroad! “Our host Muny was very responsive to our questions. The check in & check out directions were simple & clear. The location was very safe and we felt very safe walking to the Savin red T- stop even at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We did not have any problems with it at all but want to tell other guests if they have mobility issues.The inside of the apartment is quite spacious. "I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
