“The property was amazing! It is as listed and the photos don’t do it justice. It is BEAUTIFUL! The checkin process was easy, communication with the host was great…they were friendly and profession. The view was our favorite part. It had everything we needed to cook. The pool/jacuzzi area was nice, but it rained majority of our time there so we didn’t get to check it out until the last day. Check in was a breeze, beds were comfy. The only feedback is the WiFi, it wasn’t the best with the smart tv……

“Great location and nicely furnished unit. Building was very quiet at nite.The host made check in easier with very concise and detailed instructions. We had a small issue-smoke alarm was chirping the first nite. I contacted the host to let her know and she had someone at the door within about 45 minutes to take care of the problem.Definitely would recommend and we would book if we are in Miami again. ”

“The property is well maintained and it was spotless. The view is nice. The sofa in the living room was super comfy. We always look for king size bed and it was firm, perfect. The area is very walkable. We especially enjoyed an argentinian restaurant right by the building, on Macfarlane Rd, La Cabrera Coconut Grove. For coffee, the strongest & best was Panther Coffee on Main Hwy, just steps from our building. We would stay here again. The building is secure and having parking available was……

“This apartment was the perfect solution to house a sailing team racing in nearby Coconut Grove. It was exceptionally well equipped with every possible high-end hotel amenity. The kitchen was particularly well set up with everything you need to cook, including all spices, oils, and utensils. Gabriela was friendly and communicative, and the apartment was clean and neat. We would definitely come back to this property next time we are in need of accommodation in Miami. Strongly recommend.”

"This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well at all."
