“Myself & two other females were in town for a music event. Location was in walking distance to the venue & a whole host of other shops, eateries & venues. If you want somewhere to stay where you have walking access to a variety of fun things then this is it. Area was very well lit & we never felt unsafe out walking on our own. Apartment was super cute & very clean. It was perfect for our overnight stay. We will be back. ”

“This rental is a lovely little house. It's very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. There is a great cafe/restaurant just a 2 minute walk away. We will probably stay again when visiting family. One pointbof caution: the stairs may be too much for someone with joint problems or other mobility issues. ”

“We enjoyed the apartment and it was as listed. The location is fantastic and the gated parking garage is a major plus. The king size bed is SO comfy and the pull out couch was great for our 1 kiddo. Super easy check in and out. Our only complaint is the lack of kitchen utensils and towels”

“Such a great location in the Old 4th Ward. Seemed like a lot of technology, or automated emails were used for check-in and parking instructions. I received the parking instructions for a different unit in the same complex. Fortunately, I figured it out in the correct garage after a bit. “The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was quiet during my stay, but I don't think there was anyone in the apartment above me so can't really say if it would be noisier if there was someone above. Overall it was a comfortable stay. ”

“My daughter and I stayed here over Christmas. The unit was the perfect size. We saved money by cooking our Christmas dinner here. It's walking distance to several good restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood and surrounding houses are quiet. Be prepared to climb steps whether you park in the back or front. "First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that the room was not cleaned. Last, I don’t think the staffs in this hotel treat all the guests equally. I’m not comfortable with it. "
