Updated loft in historical cotton warehouse built in 1906 featuring... ❃ Designed with curated mix of modern and vintage decor ❃ Open concept kitchen with bar seating & dining table ❃ Upright piano for guest use ❃ Dedicated desk in master bedroom for remote work ❃ 72in smart TV in main area, as well as 40+in smart TVs in each bedroom ❃ Local coffee beans and high-end automatic espresso machine ❃ FANTASTIC location steps from the Atlanta BeltLine, countless restaurants, and local painters, ceramicists and tattoo artists ❃ Please note: Because it is a loft, the walls do not extend to the ceiling. RULES & POLICIES: Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules: \- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund. \- We ask that the responsible booking party be over the age of 25. \- No parties &/or events, glitter, tape, or confetti. \- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense. \- Please no loud music or noise after 10 PM. \- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking. The loft was well-equipped and super cute and comfortable for our group of 4\. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and being close to the beltline was key. This listing is adjacent to the East Beltline which is a perfect way to travel around the area (walk, bike, scooter, etc). This lisitng is in an old cotton warehouse, lots of great concrete features, a very cool space.
