“I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. I felt safe. It was loud but not unbearable. A car horn and siren woke me up. The windows are right by the street. No real complaints. The stairs kinda shocked us. To afraid to ride the old school elevator. Would stay again my husband wouldn’t. ”

“I stayed here for a week to visit my brother. It was perfect walking distance and i did a lot more walking in San Francisco than i do at home! I wasn't at the hotel much during the day but it was quiet at night and i slept good! I had a small fan because I'm hot natured and that helped. The people at the desk were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you!”

“We had a car and there was inside parking making it fantastic for us . We had to drive across town to get to Fishermsns wharf , Goksen gate the avenues etc .. 15 min at most with traffic ! The folks running the inn were friendly helpful and the atrium was fun ! The rooms a bit smaller than expected but ok for being in the city with the price ! ”

“PROS: - Simple, clean room -- As a traveler, I spend most of my time exploring the city than being in my hotel room. This room was perfect because all I needed was a bathroom and a place to sleep. “While the immediate outside can be daunting, the inside is well done. This was my 3rd time staying there.”

“Overall is fine, the smell in the house is bad, like very very old carpet. Also, the property should replace cookware and glassware. It’s just unacceptable for this money. All old and badly scratched, only one pan and in terrible condition, we couldn’t use it! The beds are clean and nice. It could use a remodeling, or at least a deep cleaning. ”

“My stay was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly. Only thing I didn’t like was all the homeless about the property but I understand that they can’t control that.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed at this property while we were in town for a work meeting, so we had to work remotely for 2 days. The space was perfect for both of us to be on calls and meetings throughout the day. The overall resort was very nice and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. There was some minor renovation being done in lobby, but this did not affect us at all. Felt safe walking nearby resort and some cute spots to grab coffee, food, and drinks. Would recommend for anyone to……

“This cute little hotel is located very close to the Chinatown gates, bus stops, restaurants. There is a little market up the road for some groceries and cold wine/beer. The pub next door has good food. It is an older building with a narrow winding staircase, but it does have an elevator. It does not have that old building smell, though! The room is spacious with large openable windows (no A/C). The sofabed in this suite is incredibly uncomfortable and needs replacing. Fortunately I only had to……
