“I cannot thank Saiqa enough for how accommodating they have been with our stay! Welcoming, great communication and overall such a wonderful host. The place itself was in a great location and had everything mentioned on the profile. Instructions to get to the place was clear and the space was very clean and roomy. Highly recommend staying here if you ever visit San Fran! ”

“This was so convenient. A block and a half from our daughter, 3 blocks from BART. The place was very clean and well appointed. I knew it was a basement unit, but at first was surprised when entering through the garage and almost no natural light. We were using it primarily as a place to sleep so that wasn't an issue. Didn't use the advertised outdoor space--it wasn't great. However, for a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay, I recommend this. We will return.”

“Room was in excellent condition and very well stocked, except we would have appreciated knives, forks, spoons and paper plates. Good location for us. The keyless entry system worked very well.”

“I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!”

“Place was clean and modern. Toilet would stop flushing sometimes, but this was fixable and some lights weren’t turning on. But these were minor problems compared to the overall excellent apartment.”
