“Great hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area.”

“The beds were super comfy and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and was able to check us in early. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great for a free food option. ”

“We were in town for the Yacht Club Festival and the Hyatt was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable; the windows were huge with a view out over the river but had excellent curtains to block out the light of the city. We were in and out several times to visit parks and attractions around the city and it was quick and easy to text valet and retrieve our car. It was a quick, safe walk to the festival grounds. I would definitely book here again. ”

“Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I had two issues they addressed immediately. The room was clean, quiet, air conditioned, spacious, and a really nice stay. I was in town for a stressful two day event and the hotel was what I looked forward to at the end of each day. Also amazing breakfast options.”

“Moody, Angelica, and Mark were three staff members that were extremely helpful during our stay. They helped us navigate local food options and guaranteed we had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing and we were in walking distance to our concert and great coffee. ”

“Hotel was ok. Restaurant was a mixed bag. The gentleman working was amazing, but the food was mid and institutional. Room was weird. It was a nice looking, but generic hotel room. Furniture was uncomfortable and beds were too firm. Pillows were like sand bags. The bathroom was fine. The televisions were meh. It felt like the room isn’t meant to be hung out in, in anticipation of expecting guests to be doing something outside of the hotel and then just sleeping at the hotel only. ”
