“Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds! “The place was clean and provided enough towels and bedding. There is a washer and dryer but no dishwasher. . It is pet friendly and has an area in the backyard that is fenced but it isn’t directly from the back door. There is a fire pit and picnic table. The beds have built in charging stations and the mattresses are relatively comfortable. If you are used to a high end mattress it may not meet your standards. It is an easy drive to the convention center, shopping mall and Presque Isle State……
