The only critique is that the parking lot is small so you’ll definitely have to get a spot quick but overall i would definitely stay here again!!!”
“Since I was arriving from out of town, I actually arrived earlier than expected. I called and was able to check in early. Johnny was super nice and helpful. The evening clerk she was very helpful since my room key kept deactivating. Tanger Outlet was a few minutes away. Lots of eating options near by and of course Super Walmart, Dollar Tree and Ingles grocery store.
The Red Roof Inn is right next to the highway which was great because I was able to go in either direction for shopping too! I……
“Booked this as a last minute hotel and noticed it was a Wyndham hotel, it was much better than any super 8 I've ever seen. Woman at the front desk was nice and helpful, she was able to help with the Tesla charger on site and able to continue my trip on a full charge”
“Nothing bad to say. Did not get to eat breakfast due to hospital procedure So, Front Desk Staff was very nice and supportive of My situation. They’ve remodeled and all is well. Only thing I did not like were the Pillows aren’t so comfortable (too flimsy) had to stack them up to make a whole pillow ”

“The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory. ”

"First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional.
Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that the room was not cleaned.
Last, I don’t think the staffs in this hotel treat all the guests equally. I’m not comfortable with it.
