“The room was in good repair and was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the a/c wasn't excessively noisy. Bring your own nightlight for the bathroom, though. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was very friendly. I'd stay here again.”

“We loved our stay at Kathy‘s Manhattan, property. The home is spacious and very accommodating for four adults. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. We would definitely love to stay there on our next trip to Manhattan,. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys in the backyard.”

“The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5.”

“We came in from the Chicago area to spend the 4th with our son who is stationed at Fort Riley. It was a wonderful time and the house made it perfect. The house had everything we needed to host our son and some of his friends for a barbecue. So many details that could be missed were all there! When we come back to the area to visit our son, we hope to stay there again! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!”
