Welcome to The Cottage at GOTL! This is our 1 bedroom, 1 bath getaway located at GOTL. Just a short walk to the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip. Also a perfect place to stay to enjoy all the area wineries. TV with streaming services and wifi provided. Wifi information provided inside house. No pets and no smoking please! Air conditioned! 21 and over please. Check-in information will be emailed 3 days before arrival.

Curb appeal
The lawn needed to be cut before our arriving. The fire ring was filled with dead wet leaves which we eventually burned away with much kindling. The chairs were dirty and had several spiders. The inside was ptrtty much clean. A few cob webs with dead bugs. The bathroom rug was definitely not shaken out. The furniture is a bit dingy. Most importantly the bedding and towels were clean (could of used two sets of bath towels for longer stays. ) the cottage otherwise had everything you might need. The air/furnace is quite loud. Also there is a mobile home park a few properties away so we had some domestic disturbance while enjoying the fire ring. The price was fair for what ya get.

Could not find the place!!! Was given No address or location of the property. Even had a Geneva on the Lake police officer helping us. Still could not find the location!!!!! Frustrating very frustrating!!! Finally gave up and went to a hotel. We finally got an official address when we got to the hotel.. Too late would love our money back since we got nothing for it

Nice, quiet cottage
Location is in a neighborhood opposite side of road as lake. It’s at the end of a Lane. Quiet while we were there. Less than a mile from main part of town. The cottage is perfect size for 2 but the bathroom is small for 2. We just took turns. No closets. You have to keep your suitcase in the living room. It really had everything you needed for a stay. A coat rack would have been good and well as an additional mirror so I could dry my hair and put on makeup while my husband used the bathroom.

Great cottage for a couple, but needs to jeep in mi d that more than one towel and washcloth is needed for a multiple nivht stay.The lighting in the bathroom could be improved for getting ready for a night out as well, but other than that, everything else was wonderful!

Absolutely Wonderful
As soon as you walk in the door it smelled cleaned. A very nice cottage with anything you need even wood for the outdoor fire pit. A very adorable kitty visited us while outside having our morning coffee. About a 5 minute walk to the strip. We already reserved for next year.
