“Our room was kept clean at all times. Towels were changed daily which was great. One thing I would like to recommend is that you place families with children in the same area of the hotel. I got woken up every morning before 07:00 without fail by a young child who was shouting for her parents for at least 20 min before they came to her. That is not fair to adults who are trying to have a vacation which includes sleeping in. This is easy to address and I'd encourage you to take action immediately……

“This place is very beautiful and the pool areas are gorgeous. The staff even went above and beyond and gave us an amazing room with a card and bottle of wine for our anniversary! The only downside was we asked for our room to be cleaned and someone relayed the message and no one cleaned the room and it ended up being an inconvenience for us, but when we notified staff what happened they really took care of us. We really enjoyed our stay ! ”
