“Room was recently updated and clean. Pool was outdoors but screened in. Very impressed by the housekeeping staff while we were there. The property was in great condition overall. Front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend this hotel in Everglades City.”

“Odd that the maid had to pressure wash my hotel room door TWO separate occasions in the morning (stayed 1 night) both disruptions were before check-out times. Was very alarmed both times, apologized to her and asked if I could help her and she acted like she couldn’t stop spraying and even got me wet. Clearly no one else booked the rooms on either side of me, I was in room 110. So why did they have to pressure wash my door while I was resting inside still? Anyhow, didn’t find that Saturday……

“Dinner was great. Room had no soap, Kleenex or toiletries. Went to get coffee in the morning and the hotel was closed up. Room was not cleaned daily. Not good for $125 by.”

“The young lady and lady with red hair that work in the front are really nice and helpful with directions and helping us with things in the hotel, they are very nice and friendly and gave me compliments:) as a 19 yr who struggles with booking hotels at my age i really recommend this one they are outstanding at what they do even providing key points that i need to know and providing directions on beach locations, they have a passion and good energy twords people.They are the most nicest genuine……
