"Had to call a number to get someone to the front desk. Room was ok was missing a pillow for one of the beds, I used a blanket rolled up as a pillow. Walls stained with snotty burgers, needs lots of update, had a coffee maker with no cups or coffee. The stay was ok had been in worst. Was here for family reunion in small town so don’t expect greatness here. The toilet kept on running. Never would stop. TP holder was missing. The place needs TLC would stay again if back in town. "

"This place is so great we’ve stayed here three times since December. Very clean, great with two bedroom suites with private bathrooms, Centrally located in Russell and no stairs if you’re looking for ground floor. Will continue to stay here when travel into Russell is necessary. "

"This is more than a walkout basement apartment. There are windows in most if not all rooms. Very private, and the owner has thought about a lot of details to ensure you have everything you need. In addition to laundry and dishwasher pods - the bathroom has cotton balls, q-tips, etc - it was really a nice touch to make you feel at home. Nice decorated as well, and ample cookware. "
