Nice Property in Paradise

Stayed for one night when in the city for a funeral. Property met my expectations. It was nice to find a property with 3 queen beds. Furnishings were older but well maintained and unit was spotless. Area is beautiful and quiet.

It was clean and very quiet. It was as very easy to check in with absolutely no problems. We needed a little extra time to check out and I was accommodated. Travelling with a four year old and a 13 year old getting everyone organized in the mornings. Having that extra time was perfect. I would recommend staying at this property.

Love that the resort was understanding of our need to arrive at a later date because of Transportation issues. Our condo was so comfortable, and the large screen and fireplace in the loft area were so nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We wish the restaurant had been opened… maybe next time.

The condo is in a beautiful location and convenient to everything. A car is definitely needed as there is nothing within walking distance except for the clubhouse. The property was clean and well kept. The kitchen was amply supplied with dishware, silverware and pots and pans.

Overall, we loved our stay! Our unit was clean, well set up and we had a great time. The pool was awesome too. We had some challenges with cell reception in and around the unit which I found concerning and it was a bit of a trek to get to a grocery store. But otherwise, really great!

Positives: The location offers stunning views. Cots were provided, which was a nice convenience. Negatives: Unfortunately, our first impression was marred by a discarded beer bottle in the front bushes. The living room lacked a coffee table, and the couch and chairs were not very comfortable. Our boys slept in the master bedroom and found the bed just okay, but the bed in the second bedroom was subpar. While it was great to have access to laundry facilities, there was no laundry detergent provided. The toaster was in need of cleaning, and the sliding screen door to the was also quite dirty.

Great place, clean ,quiet area

The property is very well maintained, very clean inside and I'm quite picky so that was great to see. They were fantastic to accommodate with our concerns about our son's pet allergy, even though they don't allow pets they did an extra thorough clean just in case. Management was easy to contact and quick to reply with any questions we had. This property was in a great location, it might not be as centrally located as hotels to restaurants and such, but it far outweighs staying in a hotel as you get all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well equipped with pots pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, coffee cups, wine glasses, drinking glasses etc. The automatic coffee pot was great too. Ooen concept property. The only reason its not 5 stars is because we picked a 4 bedroom rental ad it turned out to be two separate living areas - one upstairs and one downstairs. Which isnt terrible for some, however since you couldnt access the 2 from inside and had to go out and around the side it wasnt ideal to leave kids unattended. Other than that we would stay here again without hesitation.
