“Hotel was clean and very nice! Beds were comfortable! We had rain so beach wasn’t available, but so convenient to the beach and the views were great! Due to rain we couldn’t utilize balcony for our coffee breaks, but was really nice! ”

“Great location for exploring city. Easy walk to Fort Sumter, City Market and Harris Teeter. Many shopping, dining and entertainment options close. Had groceries delivered to take advantage of well stocked full kitchen and enjoyed breakfast and appetizers on balcony. Packed light and used laundry in room. Came home with a clean suitcase. ”

“This hotel is beautiful - from the architecture, lobby, outdoor spaces, to the rooms. Our hotel room was spacious with lovely furnishings. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I especially loved having the delicious croissants, pastries and coffee delivered to our room each morning and the wine and cheese/crackers happy hour each day. It is also very walkable - to shops, restaurants, bars, the fountain, waterfront. We wandered the streets looking at all the beautiful century homes. ……

“Excellent hotel we were in room 925. When the AC or heat came on the vent rattled making a loud noise. Heavy rust covers the door hinges to the bathroom which is not normal for a Marriott property. ”
