“We were given some devastating news in mid October that our dog not only had cancer but that it had metastasized and said goodbye to her on 11/7. If we thought we were heartbroken when we got that news, it wasn’t even close to the pain we’ve felt and continue to feel since our goodbye. This was a last minute trip to try to keep our minds pre-occupied from our profound sadness. “The location was fabulous! Close to hiking, shops, etc. the host was very available to answer questions and offer support if we needed it. The listing about the sound of the trains coming through was honest which I appreciate knowing what we’re getting into. The trains were loud, but it was fun when we could watch them go by. The place was very cute. Complete with a full kitchen. The kitchen could use a couple of good knives and a cookie sheet, but it came complete with Coffee pods, sugar, and……

“We stayed in the apartment. It was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated being able to plug our car into their regular outlet. Location was a short downhill walk to lower town, although be mindful it's a workout walking back up to the apartment. ”
