“Our daughter received her white coat from UF, so as a family we decided to make it a weekend in Gainesville. The condo was very accommodating and the 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom was a plus. We would definitely book again for a short weekend trip.”

“We weren't in town for football, which is apparently a big deal in that neck of the woods, but it was a perfect location to commute to a music festival in Reddick. Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood but less than 10 minutes from any major shopping/restaurant you would need. It was too hot to enjoy the courtyard but I'm sure it would be great in the fall.”

“We stayed here for my daughter’s softball tournament and it was so nice, very clean. Very comfy beds. Such a cute village and quiet. We loved being able to walk to Brick road and eat dinner and walk around the village. The Saturday Morning Farmer’s Market was amazing so cool! Such a cute place to stay!”

“My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting family. Quiet, clean, and the host answered all communications immediately. Host also graciously said I didn't need to do anything for checkout! Due to winter weather, we didn't use the pool like we were hoping to, so I can't review that. But the kitchen, in-unit laundrey, and bath, though a bit dated, were very clean and had basic cooking items in good shape. Altogether a very low-key, clean, fun, easy place to stay.”

“This condo is is a very nice area. The condo is very nice and clean. Unfortunately the week we were there the roof was being replaced and the streets, both front and back were blocked off due to construction which made parking very challenging. Construction (pounding, hammering, banging) began early on the roof each morning, when we were wanting to sleep in! It would have been advantageous to have known going into the week that mornings were not going to be spent peacefully sitting on the...

“Our stay was excellent. Just what we needed for a short stay for a hospital procedure. Plenty of amenities available. No problems with check in however my husband forgot to get our Peanut Butter eggs out of the refrigerator when he left. I sure hope someone else was able to enjoy them! They are a special treat in our hometown each year to celebrate Easter!”
