“The place looks like the pictures, its a quite safe neighborhood, clean and everything is comfortable. But you better not be planning on sleeping in or having privacy in the bedroom!! The host has blinds on all the windows except for the bedroom and the light blares in early in the morning. It also is inline with the 2nd story of the house next door so you will have a set of eyes watching you in the morning……….”

“The rental in located in downtown Milford, a small quaint New England town with well kept nicely lanscaped late 19th and early 20th century homes. It is very close to restaurants. We chose Grill 603 and Asanm for dinner. Both were very satisfactory but Ansam was Haitian, delightfully different! Saturday morning we breakfasted at the Cafe on the Oval which also earns our recommendation. We will likely stay here again.”

“While this isn't the worst place to stay, I would say that the cleanliness is not even just "not meticulous" as one of the other reviews mentioned. I would say that when I think of not meticulous, I would think perhaps the baseboards aren't dusted. But the mirror in the bath wasn't clean. Handles, sink spout, kitchen spout, counters - all had visible uncleanness (specifically in the bathroom it appeared to be toothpaste splooge marks on the sink, faucet, and mirror. “We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!”

“This house was perfect. It was clean, and well equipped. Beautiful location. We found so many nearby fall activities. And the foliage was peaking, everywhere was beautiful. The Intervale Pancake House next to Pats Peak has a great breakfast. Hikes in Fox Forest. I enjoyed sitting on the dock in the morning with my coffee and the evening with my wine. “Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly!
