“My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-night girls trip. Our room was in The Lodge building which was great! Coffee, continental breakfast foods and snacks were available 24 hrs in the lobby. Very clean, very nice staff. The inn and spa is 30 seconds down the street, so not inconvenient at all. The spa was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff accommodating. We enjoyed massages and facials, and loved the pool and jacuzzi. We had dinner one night at Foster's restaurant in the Inn. The food……

“Though our stay was short, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was accommodating for our late arrival and self check-in was a breeze. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and provided a back door opening to a nice little walkout area with a courtyard. It was a very serene setting on the back area of the property. We loved the colombian coffee & cold brew on tap & the accompanying granola bar/snack options to take on the go. (nice touch) The lobby was quite cozy and we loved sipping our……

“Super clean room, delicious breakfast. The only thing was the loud noise the room doors make when closing (we were awake by other guests either arriving or leaving their rooms because of the doors closing too loud), and we can hear people talking in the next room (I’m sure they could hear us too). ”

“Breakfast room was awesome. We were down early and had some kind of omelete, excellent berries and yoghurt, nice coffee. If you're looking for a B&B in a historic property this will won't disappoint. Coffee in the room would have been nice but there was a kuerig downstairs. The sitting/drawing room(s) were lovley, grounds looked good. Great location for weekend break. Stair may be steep for some (goes with being authentic/historic),”

“It was much better than I expected for the price. Bed was very comfy, room was clean, breakfast was one of the best I've had from a budget motel. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast area was small and busy but the range and quality of what they offered was good and they stayed on top of making sure it was clean and stocked. The property isn't new but it was clean and everything in the room worked fine.”
