"Breakfast menu could’ve been better not a lot to choose from other places that I’ve stayed at, but overall it wasn’t terrible. Staff was excellent parking and another thing that could’ve been a little bit better but overall it wasn’t terrible."

"Even during renovations, this is one of my and my wife's favorite places to stay. We've been there multiple times going back over the past 20 years. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Due to the renovations we were given a room upgrade that was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The food was outstanding. My only regret is that people don't dress for an elegant dinner like they used to. My wife and I and one other couple were dressed for the occasion. But that's not the hotel's fault."

"We only stayed one night for Valentines Day but the room was very pretty and the dinner at Shovel Handle Pub was phenomenal! Some of the best steak tips I ever had! And the view is lovely as well. We didn't come to ski but if we had, the hotel is at the base of the mountain and would have been perfect. The location is convenient to everything in Jackson."
