“The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole house was clean. There were no stairs which was a plus. Plenty of parking. Location was great, close to Manukau City and Botany Downs. Definitely recommend ”

“This was such a lovely place to stay. I came here to get over my jetlag before my trip abd it was just perfect. Local dairy/shop, takeaway, lovely river walk straight out of the garden, easy to catch the bus into town.Slept well with a comfy bed, nice powerful shower and great kitchen with plenty of space.Lots of films and programmes on the amazon prime with the TV.The owner and his wife offered to pick me up anything from the supermarket if I needed it. Really kind people thank you. ”

“Great stay great host. Well situated close to Eden Park. Had everything we needed in the apartment. We had a wee problem we communicated with the owner and it was fixed straight away. Court yard felt private with lovely trees and we used the bbq. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again. ”
