“A good value. Location is great for cruisers. If you are lucky, your cruise will depart from Prince Wharf, which is adjacent to the building. Otherwise, Queen Wharf is a little more than 1/4 mile away. The unit was properly equipped with kitchen stuff, plenty of coffee and tea supplies for about 2 to 3 days. The unit had full laundry facilities, which is a blessing if you traveled several days before arrival, like we did. The advertised photos didn't quite match the looks of our unit and the……

“We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about……

“The apartment is very clean and in a great and safe location. Everything you would need in a home away from home was provided, and instructions were very clear. It was easy to walk to the CBD. There are lots of restaurants in the area too. The host was very responsive too. Only cons are 1) The lack of air conditioning. It made for uncomfortable nights. Of the two fans provided, one was very noisy, and the other one designed to help with airflow didn’t seem to do much. 2) The washer and dryer……
