“we had to book a stay last minute due to a flight delay - we were pleasantly suprised by this property - our room was newly rennovated and quite lovely. The property was clean and was close to a large mall for ammenities. ”

“The place is not very friendly. The customer service at reception pathetic no greetings, not helpful at all. He directly asked for my CVC code which I understand however he didn’t care to explain the terms at all. The place is under construction where sounds are so loud. We called and asked for a knife to have some fruits the men said he will arrange, after waiting for a while we went down to ask him he said the housekeeping had gone out and will bring it to us when he is back. “The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Checkin/out was a breeze and the location was quiet even though close to shops. Albany mall is within a 15min walking distance. The bed was a very generous size and very comfortable with ample pillows provided. There was only one bedside light however, and a thin blanket. Although there was a heat pump, an extra/thicker blanket as an option would have been appreciated. Overall, would definitely stay...

“Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise”
