Tucked away on 13 private acres in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country, this stylish, modern 4 BR home is just minutes from downtown Ithaca, Trumansburg and even closer to world famous waterfalls, and Cayuga Lake.
This well appointed passive solar home features an open kitchen/living space, 1st floor master suite and 3 upstairs bedrooms, each featuring queen beds. It is equipped with modern touches like AC/heating mini splits, a 75" TV and comfy LoveSac sectional sofa. Outside, you'll find a patio with hot tub surrounded by a mature forest that we invite you to explore and a beautiful lawn that's ideal for croquet and bocce. This enchanting retreat is the perfect home base for your getaway or to connect and relax with family and friends.
