“Positives- Great location. Beautifully decorated boutique interior. Good toiletries. Great staff. Excellent cooked to order breakfast as well as continental buffet. Amazing food at West.
Negatives- Double bed is two beds put together which was a bit uncomfortable.
The shower gel dispenser did not really work properly since water was getting into it.
Parking was very tight.
Service in both Pins and West was slow to start and then picked up.Dinner at Pins wqs a littlw disappointing.

“An old hotel and a bit dated, but location is superb and staff are fantastic! We chose to do valet parking, which was well worth the money.
Breakfast is included and is a great buffet…but you can also order items from a menu at no additional charge.
For me, food was great, I slept really well,staff were awesome, and location is fantastic. All I could hope for!!!”
