“We had a very nice two week stay in July! This quaint cabin is conveniently located near the Incline golf course & restaurant. We easily coasted down hill on our bikes to play pickle ball & use the gym at the rec center and turned on our electric bike boost to get back up the hill. We enjoyed the East Shore Trail, Sand Harbor, boulder jumping, hiking & more! The cabin's kitchen is new & well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans & utensils. “This is the perfect house for a multigenerational family reunion -- it was equally great for my uncle (82 years old) and my nephew (18 years old). The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need for big family meals, not to mention the many options for eating, including in the shade of the patio or at the 2 picnic tables under market umbrellas. My nephews and nieces had fun playing ping pong and using the game room -- and if they had had more time, would have loved to play……

“Over 25 years of summer vacations in Nortn Tahoe, we have absorbed the rising Carnelian Bay rents with dismay. This year we looked a bit further, and found this just-right home by Cedar Flat: nicely stocked, updated enough but not fancy, perfect size for our family, and priced reasonably. Convenient to either TC or KB, even Incline, and in a quiet neighborhood (not a party house, nor near one). Agate Bay Realty very responsive and anticipated most needs.”
